NCC Group

In addition to providing a robust and stable platform, Framework partners with NCC Group, the leading software escrow services provider, to provide further assurance that your version of Framework software is always accessible and secure. NCC provides software escrow, cyber security and verification services.
OVH
Partner since 2014
IT infrastructure (core servers) is predominantly hosted with our IT hosting partner, OVH. OVH is a French cloud hosting provider that specialise in private cloud/dedicated servers and other web services. OVH are the largest hosting provider in Europe, they own the world’s largest datacentre in surface area and the third largest in the world based on physical servers.
Framework has servers located in OVH datacentres in Roubaix, France and Limburg, Germany. Internal IT infrastructure is hosted in France and external Framework Managed Service (FMS) environments in Germany. The primary reason for this physical cloud hosting separation is our ability to leverage disaster recovery options, allowing us to fail over IT infrastructure to geographically independent sites.
NudgeNext
Partner since 2014
Framework has partnered with this IT service provider from Bangalore, India for IT infrastructure management and support of Framework Managed Services (FMS). NudgeNext has been in the domain of IT services for over 15 years with experience in critical sectors of BFSI and Aviation. NudgeNext supports the active internal IT team of Framework with a dedicated focus on security and reliability of managed services and helps meet the service level agreements (SLA) of our clients. We have leveraged their expertise in robust infrastructure design for internal product development teams and FMS.
NudgeNext also helps providing technology exploration and consultancy services to their clients and have developed IT automation solutions for pro-active monitoring and service delivery.
